Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customs clearance (if applicable)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist in locating your package.

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.
