Refund/Return Policy

All of our resin horror lamps are handmade and made-to-order. Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, slight differences, small imperfections, bubbles, color variations, or positioning differences may occur and are not considered defects.

As each order is custom made specifically for the customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances unless the item arrives severely damaged or significantly not as advertised.

Please note:

• Shipping delays are not eligible for refunds or compensation.

• Damage caused by the shipping courier is not eligible for refunds.

• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order to be considered for review.

• Proof of the issue, including clear photos/videos, must be provided.

• If approved, the item must be returned back to us before any resolution is considered.

• All return shipping costs, customs fees, and associated expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
